Hazel I. Findlay Country Manor is proud to once again join with the American Health Care Association in celebrating National Nursing Home Week. This years theme is “Team Care”. Team Care is meant to personify the many professionals and caregivers whose dedication and work ethic contribute to achieving excellence and high levels of satisfaction.
The Activity Department has been busy planning a theme and some very special events as we celebrate each day of National Nursing Home Week. The themes are:
