Letters

A message from Santa’s Elves; and Small words – Big meanings.
Santa Claus asked us to let everybody know that he got the letters that were put in the railcar by the Depot in St. Johns, along with the ones sent to him in other ways too.
He was happy to see the artwork from some of the children, and to have so many children thank him and wish him a Merry Christmas. He was especially glad to see how thoughtful so many of the children are.
He wants to let Anthony know that he took as good care as he could of all the needy people, but that he would really like it if everybody else would help him.
Maybe some of the children could talk to their parents, teachers and classmates about ways they could help the needy, especially in the cold winter.

Small words – Big meanings
Sometimes we forget how important it is to say those words. Sometimes we forget that many of the blessings that we have received, whether obvious or subtle, were because of someone else’s generosity or help. Sometimes we just need to pause and say “thank you.”
So, to you, our dear friends, we want to say a whopping Thank You for the support you have given Habitat for Humanity. We couldn’t be making a difference in Clinton County without you. Thank you for the big stuff and small stuff…the meals, the time given – at the sites, in the offices, at the ReStore or on a committee, and the financial and other contributions. Every bit of it matters – and You matter to us!
Many families in Clinton County are waiting to say thank you for helping them achieve safe, decent and affordable housing. If you have not made your tax-deductible contribution this year, there is still time.

We thank you in advance. You faithfully fill our hearts with gratitude.
Sincerely,
L Quinn Lincoln-Keon
Executive Director
