Dance Team garners kudos before they ever compete
You have a wonderful group of girls on your dance team!
We flew out of Flint on Thursday, January 29th. When we got to the airport (2.5 hours early because of the snow) the SJHS dance team was already there. During that time they were the most well behaved group of young people I have seen gathered at an airport.
The girls were polite, friendly, smiled, engaged in conversation, answered questions from other passengers, said thank you when someone helped them, and were just generally pleasant to share the terminal with.
Interestingly we are returning to Michigan on the same flight so we will get to hear how they did in the competition. And we will be glad to see them.
You must have very conscientious parents in St. John’s and a school that has very high standards of behavior.
