Community supports Mint Pageant candidates

Community service/fundraisers
On Thursday, June 28th, the 2012 St. Johns Mint Pageant candidates held a community service project / fundraiser. The candidates collected recyclable cans and bottles around town to raise money and support the City of St. Johns Spray Park and the Briggs Public Library.
Along with the recyclable bottles and cans, the candidates collected non-perishable food items that were provided to our local Clinton County Food Bank.

The 2012 St. Johns Mint Pageant contestants held a car wash / bake sale fundraiser at Golden EFX on Saturday, June 30th. This was just one of the many events that the 2012 Mint Pageant candidates participated in. As the pageant date fast approaches, the girls will be busy with local events, practices, community fundraisers and a tour of the Irrer Mint farm.
This event raised money for the 2012 ‘That’s Entertain-MINT / An Evening of Stars’ Mint Pageant fund. The pageant candidates and their coordinators wish to thank the community for their support in the excellent success of this fundraiser and invite you to attend the 2012 Mint Pageant that will be held at the Dewitt High School on Tuesday, July 24th at 7:00 p.m. and the doors open at 6:30 p.m.
