In just 2 months the Clinton County Chamber of Commerce will celebrate their 30th Annual St. Johns Mint Festival. That means the festival committee needs to line up all their volunteers very soon so appropriately sized Volunteer T-shirts can be ordered.
The festival will be held Friday-Sunday, August 8-10. Volunteers are especially needed for our Kids World/Kids Day area, but individuals are also needed to scoop ice cream, sell souvenirs, assist directing vendors, etc. The festival is also looking for individuals that could get up on stage to announce performers and help make PA announcements from the Mint Office.
If you would like to work a shift or more (usually 3-4 hours) during the weekend, please call the Chamber of Commerce at 989-224-7248 or email them at ccchamber@4wbi.net. Anyone aged 16-18 must have the volunteer application signed by a parent or guardian and anyone aged 14 and 15 can volunteer as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
