Churches and businesses that defined our community
What did our Main streets look like one hundred years ago? What was manufactured in Clinton County way back then? Who provided the spiritual guidance so important to our young community?
Paine-Gillam-Scott Museum will provide visual answers to these questions and more in 2012 as we focus our evolving exhibit on: “Merchants and Missionaries”.
Help us reach our objective. If you have old photos related to early Clinton County Churches, early Clinton County businesses, or the people who owned them, please consider loaning them to the museum for our 2012 exhibit. Also needed are items manufactured in Clinton County.
Museum volunteers work hard to provide a meaningful experience to guests.
If you haven’t visited the Museum Complex recently, you will be pleasantly surprised by what Clinton County Historical Society’s Paine-Gillam-Scott has to offer.
