Calendar Hall Exhibit

Paine-Gillam-Scott House Museum
Volunteers, a graphic designer, printers, painters and carpenters have all been hard at work finishing the renovations on Calendar Hall.
While it might seem impossible, this project has been under development for over two years and will be revealed when the museum opens this spring.
Thanks to donations from private individuals, the sale of Museum publications, and a generous grant from the St. Johns Area Community Fund, PGS was able to buy paint, supplies, and have the large panels printed by Capital Imaging. The print company, in Lansing, has done similar projects for other museums.
The sixteen panels are 24 inches wide by 48 inches tall and made of Sintras, a PVC material. They will be durable, washable, and should last for many generations to come.
Volunteers are currently hard at work with the final preparations for installing the panels. The panels will be attached in a straight line, showcasing unique events in Clinton County. Visitors can easily see the story of our county from a historical perspective.
Please plan to visit the museum this year from May until December and see this new, permanent exhibit. You will not regret your trip down memory lane.

Open Wednesday and Sunday afternoons May 7, 2014 through December 17th, 2014
