Oliver M. Hidden from Bay City designed this home in 1872. Hidden was the brother-in-law of Robert M. Steel. He designed the Bay City Courthouse. And on State Street John C. Hicks was instrumental in having the Courthouse patterned after the Bay City Courthouse. Hidden also designed the Hicks House.
Past owners include: Alba and Donna Wert, William and Jean Vitous, James and Shirley Rasmussen. Keith and Jena Leslie are listed as the current owners.
