Maralyn Woodbury writes: “This house is located at 506 S. Oakland, the former Kuntz residence and the Bed & Breakfast owned by Mark Barber and Terry Theriac.”
Don Zimmerman adds: “Corner of Oakland Street and E. Park St. – Built by Brigadier General Oliver Spaulding.”
Jonathan Pulling says, “It is in the 500 block of South Oakland Street. The Kuntz family lived there during the 50s and 60s.”
Tonya Phinney: “The photo is of the Oakland Street Bed and Breakfast. The history is amazing and the building is just gorgeous. I would love to go and do a paranormal investigation of it to see what living history is still there.”
Also known as the old Babcock House, it was remodeled in 1911. It features a Colonial style of architecture.
The current owners are David and Lisa Wartinger.
