408 E. Walker Street, St. Johns
Jonathan D. Pulling, Jr writes:
“This is 408 East Walker. I used to deliver the State Journal to Guy Frace who lived there. It was his family home. I believe that when he passed away the house was donated the Episcopal Church. Guy was big in developing my interest in electronics. He work for John Paradise, the owner of the local TV repair shop just down the street on the corner of Walker and Whitmore. They both were good mentors.”
The present owners: Daniel and Colleen Davenport. Other previous owners include: St. Johns Episcopal Church, Andrew and Cynthia Deveau and Larry and Judith Pennell.
The house was built by an attorney, John M. Fedewa. Here is a sketch from the 1880 History of Shiawassee and Clinton Counties.
