August 14 in St. Johns
Unique describes 3 Men and a Tenor – so do talented, entertaining and totally original.
Michigan’s ultra-original musical foursome that was in the running for “America’s Got Talent” brings its special brand of entertainment to the St. Johns City Park Performance Shell for the Aug. 14 Concert in the Park show. The free concert begins at 7 p.m.; rain moves the concert to the auditorium at St. Johns Middle School.

Paul Felch, Chuck Colby, Mark Stiles and Glenn Williams – aka 3MT – are known for their pop vocal music, quick-witted humor and overall likeability. Since the group’s formation in 1992, the quartet has sung and joked its way across the United States and Canada, performing with artists like the Beach Boys, Chuck Berry, Dionne Warwick, and popular patriotic singer Lee Greenwood.
In 2011 3MT won “Mid-Michigan’s Got Talent” and was fast-tracked to audition in New York City in front of the directors, producers and a sold-out crowd for “America’s Got Talent” Although the guys weren’t selected, over 2,000 rowdy audience members expressed their approval.
The group was twice voted “The Best Entertainment in Michigan” by the Michigan Meetings and Events Magazine, and receiving the “Highest-Rated Touring Group” by the Michigan Touring Arts Association.
The St. Johns Lions and Lioness Club staff a concession stand at Concert in the Park that is held every Wednesday evening; shows are held, rain or shine.
Concert in the Park is sponsored by the Clinton County Arts Council and the city of St. Johns, with support from the Michigan Council for the Arts and Cultural Affairs and the National Endowment for the Arts.
