This is Tipper. Her mom got sick and couldn’t take care of her anymore. So she came to live with her foster mom, and APB is gonna find her a home. Forever and ever this time, please?
Now, let’s get one thing straight. Tipper’s foster mom thinks that Tipper is a dog. Someone needs to clear this up – she is not one of those dogs; she is a Diva! When they sit outside, she needs to sit in a chair – dogs lay on the ground. And when those dogs start playing too rough or too loud, she tells ’em to straighten up. That’s what divas do!
Needless to say, Tipper doesn’t play with those other creatures. She does loooove toys, tho. And all the toys belong to her, right? So if you’re gonna have a dog there with her, they need to understand that the toys are hers. She’d be perfectly happy to be an only diva, though. She like to sit with you, or hold down the couch on her own if she needs to.
Because her mom was sick for quite awhile, she didn’t get Tipper outside as often as she needed to go. So she kinda got in the habit of pottying inside. Her foster mom says even Divas need housebreaking 101, and she’s doing really well…unless it’s storming. She is scared of storms!
Tipper walks really well on a leash, so she’d probably do OK without a fenced yard. She’s pretty quiet; there are three times that she barks.
– When it’s time for her dinner – divas do not like to wait,
– When she wants you to throw the toy for her or
– When those dogs are playing too loud and rough.
Tipper might be OK as an apartment dog, too. No one knows how she is with cats, or with small children. Think you want a diva girl to be your bestest friend?
