Trevor
My name is Trevor, and my foster mom thinks I’m just about as perfect as any dog can be!
I’m about nine years old, and I found my way to APB when my previous family lost their home and could no longer take care of me. They had originally taken me to the vet to be put down, but the vet saw that I had so much life left in me that he suggested they place me with a foster organization. So here I am.
I’m not sure what breed I am. My first family found me as a stray when I was a puppy. But I do know one thing — I LOVE to be outside. I’m a good boy on walks, and running is my favorite thing ever. I love to run so much that I will need a fenced-in yard.
I also like hanging out inside with my foster mom and my doggie “foster siblings.” I’m polite at feeding time and don’t steal my brothers’ and sister’s food. I share my toys too!
I pretty much ignore cats. I don’t live with kids in my foster home, but I did in my previous home and got along well with them.
There’s one thing about me that isn’t perfect (but I think it just gives me character). I have a slight limp in my right front leg. I’ve had it since I was a puppy, and my first family took me to the vet to have it checked out, but the vet couldn’t find anything wrong with me. The foot doesn’t hurt me at all, and it definitely doesn’t slow me down!
All in all, I’m a pretty great dog, if I do say so myself (and my foster mom agrees). Think I’m the guy for you? Apply for me!
