A couple and their son, Daniel Lee Olger, Lisa Marie Olger and Kiefer Derlk Olger, have been arraigned on charges of manufacturing marijuana.
On Friday April 1, 2011 Clinton County Sheriff’s Officers conducted a search of a residence at 7940 Francis Road In Riley Township. The search resulted in the seizure of a substantial amount of marijuana from a grow operation in the basement of the home. Seized were 230 grams of processed marijuana, along with 32 mature plants and strlpped marijuana leaves. Officers also seized grow lamps, ballasts and other grow operation equipment.
The Olgers are currently being held in the Clinton County Jail, and bail has been set at $100,000 for each of the defendant.
