Jamie Platte of Fowler, Michigan was the winner of the 2010 HIFCM Volunteer Organization quilt Raffle. Ms. Platte purchased her ticket for the “Williamsburg Blue” quilt from long time volunteer Doris Swatman.
The HIFCM Volunteers hand sews a new quilt each year. They sell raffle tickets at many community events throughout the year.
The money raised is used to purchase equipment, like wheelchairs, beds, a Wii Gaming System, etc. for the residents of HIFCM.
