Hazel I. Findlay Country Manor and Hospice Advantage will be hosting a Remembrance Service on Monday May 21, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. The service will be held in the Main Dining Room.
We want to honor and remember those residents who have passed away between September 2011 and April 2012. We invite family members and friends to join us as we share fond memories of our loved ones.
We encourage you to bring a picture of your loved one to display during the service. An RSVP is appreciated but not mandatory.
If possible, please call Heidi Scranton, Activity Director at 224-8936 and give her the name of the individuals in whose memory you will be attending and the number of individual who will be joining you.
Light refreshments will be served and family members will be given the opportunity to speak if they wish to.
