Sparrow Clinton Hospital and Sparrow Ionia Hospital
Sparrow Clinton Hospital Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Kevin Price recently received a promotion – appointment as VP & COO for Sparrow Ionia Hospital.
Price, who continues to serve in this role for Sparrow Clinton Hospital, now has responsibility for both facilities.

An employee of Sparrow Clinton Hospital in St. Johns for five years, Price has 29 years of healthcare experience, including operations at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor and St. John Macomb Hospital in Warren. He held leadership positions in the St. John System and served previously as Corporate Director of Contract and Physician Services for Hospice of Michigan.
Price also is a lecturer at the University of Michigan – Flint in the Department of Public Health and Health Sciences as well as a mentor for master’s students at the School of Public Health, University of Michigan – Ann Arbor.

Price is an active member of the Michigan Health and Hospital Association, and sits on the Legislative Policy Panel and Small and Rural Hospital Council of the MHA. He also serves as a board member of the GLACHE and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
His education background includes a Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan School of Public Health – Ann Arbor; a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from University of Michigan – Ann Arbor; and a Certificate in Advanced Respiratory Therapy from The University of Chicago Hospitals and Clinics.
