Auxiliary selects leaders for upcoming year

Members of the Clinton Memorial Hospital Auxiliary held their annual installation meeting May 18, naming officers and leaders for the coming year.
Event hostess DeeDee Galesk, Sparrow Clinton Hospital President and CEO Ed Bruun, and Sparrow Clinton Hospital Board of Directors Chairman Dave Hunt presided over the installation ceremony.

Outgoing President Jeanette Huard was recognized for her service. Huard served as co-president from 2009-11, sharing that position the first year with Kathie Clock and the second year with Shelley Gunther. Huard continues as a Past President/Counselor in 2011-12.
Co-presidents for the current year are Shelley Gunther and Ann Hufnagel.
As the 2009 Auxilian of the Year, Robin Motz presented Shelley Gunther with the 2010 Auxilian of the Year award. Gunther received special recognition from her peers for her dedication to volunteer leadership and service as well as her enthusiastic support of Auxiliary programs.
Incoming officers include Robin Ingalls, president elect; Diane Zuker, recording secretary; Sam Hopko, corresponding secretary; Cindy Knight, historian; and Shirley Hacker, treasurer.
Executive board members for 2011-12 are Jan Kelley, Mary Ann Ellickson and Cindy Knight. Executive board members for 2011-13 are Ione Berg, Emma Khavari and Sharon Hunt.
Robin Ingalls serves as an ex-officio member of the Sparrow Clinton Hospital Foundation Board of Directors. Ex-officio Sparrow Clinton Hospital Board Member is Susan DeRosa.
