Chris Thelen from Consumers Energy presented Mayor Dana Beaman with a check for $15,000 in grant funds to benefit the St. Johns Spray Park.
City officials met with vendors regarding preliminary design elements of the proposed recreational spray park being planned for installation at the old Veteran’s Memorial Pool site in the City Park. To date $195,000 has been secured in grant funds and donations for this project.
