October 11
St. Peter Lutheran School students invite area residents to enjoy an evening of “Hidden Treasures,” on Saturday, Oct. 11 at the Silent and Live Auction that includes items made by students – like a sunflower painting with students’ names on the petals and a picnic table, hand-decorated by the kindergarten-first grade class.

Doors open at 6 p.m. for bidding on hundreds of items including gift cards and certificates from retail businesses and for professional services; golf packages; hand-crafted jewelry; autographed MSU football and basketball; antiques; and much more. A live auction featuring special items begins at 7:45. St. Peter Lutheran Church Fellowship Center is located at 8990 Church Road, St. Johns.
In addition to the auction, guests will be entertained by the MSU Pompon Team, the Lansing Lugnuts’ Big Lug, and music by Lisa and Joe Sillman; refreshments available throughout the evening.

A photo log of “Hidden Treasure” items is available on the St. Peter web site: www.stpeterriley.org and on Facebook, St. Peter Lutheran School ‘Hidden Treasure’ silent/live auction.
Tickets are $7 in advance or $10 at the door, available by calling Sandy Lockwood, 517-582-1612; Shirley Huguelet, 517-582-1612; the church office, 989-224-3178; or from committee members via email silentauction@stpeterriley.org.
