William Tuttle of Elsie has been awarded a Bachelor of Science Degree In Electrical Engineering and a Certificate In Electric Power Engineering from Michigan Technological University in Houghton.
Tuttle is a graduate of Ovid-Elsie High School. He is the son of Lori Tuttle and Mark Tuttle.
