Capital Area Community Services has set Saturday, February 26, 2011 as the date for their 21st Annual Walk for Warmth.
Registrations will begin at 8:30 a.m. at the Senior Drop-In Center 201 E. Walker in St. Johns. The Walk itself starts at 9:00 a.m. and follows a 3 Mile Route in town.
A Warm Up Station will be located at the Church of the Nazarene.
There will be a Head Start Bus to follow along the route for any walker who may not be able to complete the walk.
Refreshments will be available at the Church of the Nazarene and the Senior Center.
100% of the funds raised will be used to assist low-income Clinton County residents.
