What do I think?

I’ve watched all three of the presidential debates and came away convinced that Mitt Romney won overall. The polls back me up. Romney has been portrayed as “robotic” but I don’t see it. Maybe he looks that way because that’s the way the mainstream media has portrayed him. He looks to me like someone who could do a better job for this country in the next four years than the current occupant of the White House. Realistic, Romney is not going to turn the course of this country around in one term. Everyone talks in terms of a ten-year plan which makes sense. If he starts right off making progress, which is what he’ll have to do, then we have to stick with him through another term. If he doesn’t, out he goes.
I’ve gotten tired of that crooked man walking a crooked path and telling us it’s hope and change when it fact it’s really hopeless change. I don’t want Marxism as a form of government. Throughout history Marxist have proven to be a bunch of failures full of failed ideas. The only people Marxism serves is the leaders, who live a good life, and to hell with the people. They keep them under control by using fear and throwing them an occasional bone like free health care which isn’t free.

I found myself sitting on the garage floor this morning (Thursday). What happened? I was listening to Redeye radio with Eric Harley and Gary McNamara and they told me David Letterman called President Oblama a liar! That’s when I fell off my stool. It all came about because Oblama made an appearance on Dave’s show and told him they’re still trying to sort out the details of the killing of four Americans in Libya and they didn’t have all the answers. Yesterday the news came out about the e-mails that revealed that the White House knew the facts two hours after it happened. They kept on blaming the YouTube video which was a lie.
Why? Still protecting your friends in the Middle East, Oblama?

I know there’s people doubting that Oblama is a natural born citizen but according to some laws that’s almost impossible to determine. I thought that if his mother was a citizen then he automatically became a citizen no matter where he was born. I got on Snopes.com and the answer is even fuzzy on that site. There are residency requirements and all that stuff which seems kind of strange because a woman can cross the Mexican/American border illegally, have a baby who automatically becomes a citizen of the United States, and it’s all done with no cost to her.
I’m still confused.

9/11 is a sacred day in America and no American should ever die again by the hands of Muslins on American soil. Embassies or Consulates and the land they sit on are the property of the United States. The disaster that took place in Libya and ended up with the deaths of four Americans at the consulate including the ambassador, Chris Stevens, was preventable and the administration just sat on their hands and let it happen.
Why?

And Furthermore:
A note to the Detroit Lions offensive coordinator: Hello, anybody there?
It’s been suggested that we ought to be able to get a Liberty card that opts us out of government mandated programs. It’s a way of telling the government I’m just fine, I’m doing good, leave me the hell alone.
I’m not in favor of another bridge to Canada. That will only mean they’ll double the amount of trash the Canadians dump in Michigan.
Rumor has it that if Oblama loses the election his supporters will riot in the streets. I don’t know if the rumor is true but the seed has been planted.
Why doesn’t the state of Nebraska have a professional football team?
What can you say about a country whose President lies to them, whose Congress is worthless, whose Supreme Court tries to legislate from the bench, and has a mainstream news media that instead of giving us the news straight up only seems to be reporting the administration’s propaganda?
This year’s Detroit Tigers remind me of the 1968 Tigers. Denny McLain was their star pitcher, but it was Mickey Lolich who won three games in the World Series. Will it happen again?
Until the next time . . .
