Therese Mary Kramer

Therese Mary Kramer, age 96, of Fowler, MI, passed away Thursday, June 1, 2023, at Addie Acres in DeWitt, MI.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Fowler, MI, at 10:30 A.M. on Monday, June 5, 2023 with Rev. Fr. Peter Lawrence presiding. Burial will take place at Most Holy Trinity Cemetery, Fowler, MI. Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 4, 2023 from 2-8 P.M. with family present from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. at Smith Family Funeral Homes – Goerge Chapel, Fowler, MI. A Rosary will be prayed at 7:30 P.M. on Sunday at the funeral home.

Therese was born in Fowler, Michigan on May 20, 1927, the daughter of Raymond and Armella (Pohl) Feldpausch. She married Alan Edward Kramer on June 30, 1948, at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Fowler, Michigan. Alan passed away on December 11, 2019. She was a homemaker and resided all of her life in Fowler.

She is survived by her children: Judy and Jim Gormley of Dorr, MI; son Steve and Elaine Kramer of Fowler, MI; Ken and Alice Kramer of Pewamo, MI; Jim Kramer of Machesney Park,IL; Deb Kramer of Perry, MI; Linda Kramer of Lansing, MI; 18 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings: Leon Feldpausch, Francis Feldpausch, Casper Feldpausch, Ray Feldpausch, Mary Ann Thelen and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Alan, son Donald Kramer, and her brothers: Bernard, Clem, and Max Feldpausch and one sister Agatha Epkey.

Jack Harlan Smalldon

Jack Harlan Smalldon, age 86, of St. Johns, MI passed away Saturday, January 28, 2023 in Florida, with his family surrounding him.

A Memorial Service will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes – Osgood Chapel, St. Johns, MI, at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, June 10, 2023.

Jack was born in Ovid, MI on December 3, 1936 the son of John and Ruth (Smith) Smalldon. He married Joan Ann Ebidon on April 22, 1962, in St. Johns, Michigan. They were blessed with forty-eight years of marriage, prior to her passing on August 25, 2010.

Jack retired from General Motors in November 2003, after 40 years of service. He was an avid bass fisherman and sportsman. Jack enjoyed going camping and spending time with his granddaughter Lily. Goodbye dear husband, father, grandfather, and son.

He is survived by son David Smalldon of St. Johns, MI; daughter Tammy (Garry, Jr.) Gooldy of Port St. Lucie, FL; two grandchildren: Garry III and Lily Ann Gooldy, one brother Harold Smalldon of St. Johns, MI. Jack was preceded in death by his parents, wife Joan, and sister Fern Burgess.
