Sheriff’s Award

This photo seems to show us that Sgt. Bob Ott of the St. Johns Police Department is receiving the Sheriff’s Award.
Somebody asked me recently if I had a picture of Dora Patterson. At that time I didn’t but now I do although it’s not the best.
