Congratulations to Misty Rios of Carson City for winning the bike raffle at the Kids Health and Safety Day during the Carson City Frontier Days celebration on Saturday.
Misty is pictured with True Value of Carson City owner Mark Sopel, where Carson City Hospital purchased the bike to promote healthy living to our local children.
“I have three daughters and my oldest just outgrew her bike – perfect timing!” she said.
