Ghost Hunters and more
Representatives from the SouthEast Michigan Ghost Hunters Society will be visiting Briggs Public Library. The SEMGHS has been investigating paranormal activity across the country for 16 years. Their investigations have been featured on the Discovery Channel’s “A Haunting,” and now you can see the results of those investigations in person.
Join us for this free family program Thursday, June 7th from 6-8pm. Registration opens on May 17th for all patrons with a valid library card.

Park and Read Program
The DNR and the Library of Michigan are offering the Park and Read Program again this summer. The Program allows Briggs Public Library resident cardholders to check-out a free one day vehicle permit for use at any Michigan state park or recreation area. This is a $6 savings.
The PASS is valid for one use within seven days of check out and is for day use only, 8 am to 10pm. The Pass cannot be used for overnight camping or for access to boating access sites or ranges. Stop by the circulation desk for more information or to check out a PASS. Take time this summer to enjoy a good book in Michigan’s great outdoors.
Library Closures
The Library will be Saturday May 26th and Monday May 28th in observance of the Memorial Day Holiday. The drop box on the Library porch will be available for returns throughout this closure.
