Chapter Chatter “Readers Theater”
Children ages 6 to 8 years old are invited to register for this fun program. Staff will be reading the chapter book “Grin and Bear It” to the kids and also as a group we will be acting out the book “Too Much Noise.” We will be using or making simple props and sound effects to make this book come alive and will perform this title for parents at the last session. The program is on Monday evenings at 7 to 8 pm, October 29th – November 26th. (No session Nov. 12th as the Library will be closed for Veteran’s Day Holiday.) Registration is required and begins on Monday, October 1st. Refreshments will be provided at each session.
Pre-Reader Storytime: “Fall Mixed Up” There are a few spots left for you to register your independent listeners ages 4, 5 & 6 years old. Join us and enjoy new stories and old favorites of the autumn season. Programs are on Tuesday mornings 10:30-11 am, October 9th to November 13th or Thursday evenings 6:30-7 pm, October 11th to November 15th. There will be crafts, music, games and maybe a snack too!
