Register of Deeds Carol Wooley will retire on June 30, 2011. She has been serving the people of Clinton County in that capacity since 1990.
A reception will be held on Tuesday, June 28 from 1-4 p.m. in the Board of Commissioner’s Room at the Clinton County Courthouse.
