Golf outing August 28
No More Sidelines of Central Michigan is a newly launched non-profit organization, founded by Scott and Jenny Koenigsknecht. The goal of the organization is to make sure that all children with special needs are afforded the opportunities that mainstream kids have.
Participants are teamed up with athletes at local high school in Clinton, Montcalm and Ionia counties who teach the kids athletic skills, life skills, encourage appropriate behavior/sportsmanship, foster new friendships and most importantly…have fun!
The group is organizing its first annual fundraising golf outing on August 28th at The Emerald Golf Course, north of St. Johns on US-27. Co-chaired by local parents Brian and Mary Kay Goerge and Lloyd and Rhonda Feldpausch, the organization is seeking teams to golf as well as donations for door prizes and/or silent auction items.
