Heartland Hospice and Clinton Area Care Center, Inc. will be sponsoring an (eight) 8 week educational grief support group for anyone who has experienced the death of a loved one.
The group will meet every Thursday morning from 10:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M., beginning August 5, 2010. Please contact Johanna Workman, Bereavement Coordinator, Heartland Hospice at 517-244-0404 with questions.
The group is free of charge. Meetings will be held at Clinton Commons, 1105 S. Scott Road, St. Johns.
