Porter Perrin, an early mayor and lawyer in St. Johns, was the original owner of this house. It was built in 1873 in the Federal style of architecture.
Previous owners include: Gay Beard, Russell Patterson, Raymond Ebert, James and Nancy Ward.
The current owners are James and Deanna Ward.
