Barry adds: This brick home once belonged to John Spousta, a member of the family that owns Advanced Casting and Burton Mixer. It’s reminiscent of a complex with two family homes and a foundry located on one parcel of land.
The home is currently owned by Maura Connelly. Previous owners were Greg and Laurie Hunt, Christopher and Christine Mansfield, and John Spousta.
