It all began last spring with an innocent school project. Each student was assigned to do a project about one of the 50 states.
Chloe’s project was centered on South Dakota, and thereby hangs the tale.
Chloe became fascinated with the State of South Dakota, and she couldn’t rest until she had seen the whole thing.
Last week she finally got there.
