Retired nurses

I met up with the retired nurses at Big Boy on Wednesday.

Thirteen of my former co-workers who meet once a month at a different restaurant in St Johns. This is a lively group who reminisce and have a lot of laughs. We think about our time in the hospital and how things have changed from our time.

We keep in our memory Mary Ellen Buggs, who recently passed away. She was a great lady and nurse, and she had a real sense of humor. Rest In Peace, Mary Ellen; and we’ll see you on the 19th hole.
