Maralyn's Pet Corner

Butterfinger
Butterfinger came to us from an animal rescue in Kentucky.
He is a super little guy. He is very outgoing and friendly. Seems to get along with everyone, including my other dogs and my grandchildren.
He loves to sit in my lap at night and be petted. He will roll over on his back so I can rub his stomach.
I have had him for 12 weeks and have never had a problem. He is a good little guy who loves to sit with me while I read or watch television, or just nap on the couch if I am doing something else.
He is housebroken, neutered, and has had all his shots. He is crate trained and seems fine in the crate as long as he has had some outside playtime. It certainly would not be necessary to crate him. He has never caused a problem and is never crated at my house.
He gets along with other dogs even my two 80 lb Boxers. He “ rooms” with a small Shi Tzu and the Boxers and they get along fine. He will stand his ground if pushed by another dog.
He loves his treats and waits for his when he comes in from outside. The only issue there might be with another dog is that he will run to gobble a treat, if it is dropped, so if the other dog took issue with that, it might be a problem.
I have found him to be a great, friendly, spunky little guy. He will make a wonderful companion.
After all that he has been through, he needs a forever home with someone to love him and play with him. He will reward you with companionship and love.
