Plans are underway for the St. Johns High School Class of 1981 reunion, set for Friday and Saturday, July 22-23.
Alumni who enjoy golfing can begin the reunion fun at The Emerald, located north of St. Johns, both Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. Tee time on Friday is 3 p.m.; nine holes with cart for $20 per person. Saturday tee off is 9 a.m., with a shotgun start for either nine or 18 holes; 18 holes with cart is $35 per person.

A reception beginning at 8 p.m. at Brunos in downtown St. Johns concludes Friday’s reunion kick-off.
Dinner and dancing at Highland Hills Golf Club on South BR-127 and Alward Road is planned for Saturday, beginning with cocktails at 5 p.m., followed by dinner at 6, and live music from 8 to midnight by Ten Inch Thick. The cost is $15 each or $25 per couple; alcohol not included.
An after-glow party at Knob Hill that includes munchies caps off the reunion events.
Free bus taxi service is available both evenings; Friday from 10:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., and Saturday from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m. Additional taxi service may be arranged at a discounted fee for out-of-town guests from the airport to places of lodging. For information call Brent, 1-316-5022.
