Doug Wooley
Due to medical reasons, Norm Rademacher is taking a leave of absence as President of the Board of Directors of the Clinton County Senior Center.
Board member Doug Wooley will fill the position until the center’s next general election. Wooley, a lifelong resident of Clinton County, has lived in St. Johns since 1969. He is a retiree from Federal Mogul, is a member of the Honor Guard with the American Legion and until last year was the St. Johns High School Varsity Baseball Assistant Coach.
“I’ve enjoyed my time on the Board of Directors and know I will have big shoes to fill during Norm’s absence”, said Wooley.
“The Senior Center is such a great place for our older citizens to come to and I look forward to helping create an even better environment for them. I encourage anyone sixty years of age and older to come and check us out and seek me out to give me your ideas”, added Wooley.
The Clinton County Senior Center is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 am to 3 pm and is located at 201 E Walker Street in St. Johns.
