Go on a blind date with a book

Stop by the Briggs District Library during the month of February to go on a blind date with a book.

Choose one of the wrapped books from the display table. The only thing you will have to aid your decision is the opening line printed on the front. The books have been taken from all over the library, adult fiction and nonfiction, young adult and even some large print titles.

Maybe it will be a dud, but maybe you will find a new favorite book or author; you’ll never know if you don’t take the chance.

Don’t forget to take a bookmark with you, and rate your date. Bring the bookmark back to the library for a chance to win a prize!
